Due to the perishable nature of premix products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. However, we truly want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your premix or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us within one week of receiving your order. Returns & Exchanges on Machines

We gladly accept returns or exchanges for faulty or defective machines. If your order arrives damaged or not functioning as intended, please reach out to us so we can make it right.

  • Returns are accepted only for faulty or defective items.
  • Machines in working order cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All return or exchange requests must be made within 10 days of the purchase date.
  • Items purchased online can only be returned by mail.
